Caramel Corn

2 c. brown ugar
1 c. buter
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
4 qts popped popcorn


Pop popcorn. Melt buter and sugar. Add corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil. Boil two minutes. Add baing soda. Pour over popcorn. Stir. Bake at 250 for one hour stirring every 15 minutes.
