Round Steak Fingers



Inredients

1 lb. round steak, sliced into strips
flour
1 egg
2 T. milk
1-2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
2 T. oil

Directions

Lightly flour round steak strips. Dip in egg/milk mixture. Coat with seasoned bread crumbs. Cook slowly in an oiled skillet until browned evenly on both sides.
