lb round steak, cut into thin strips
2 T oil
1/2 C, teriyaki sauce
1 pkg beef ramen noodles
1 16 oz pkg mixed veggies
Cook the steak strips in oil in skillet until browned. Add the teriyaki sauce and season packet from the soup. Add the mixed veggies. Cook for 6 min or until veggies are tender. Prepared the soup using the directions. Drain. Add the noodles to the mixture and toss to mix well.
**I sometimes marinate the meat in a teriyaki marinade and than cook.
** I like to ues fresh veggies and steam them instead of cooking with the meat.
** You can use whatever type of meat-pork, chicken (even leftovers).
