Italian Beef

2 # roast
2 T. vinegar
2 t. oregano
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 pkg. zesty Italian dressing mix
Garlic salt to taste
1 jar of pepperocinis

Cook roast till tender. Shred/slice. Add everything to juices. Simmer several hours. Add water if needed.
